§ 78. Mr. Stubbsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in view of the fact that Fascism is outlawed in Germany and steps taken to suppress it, he will introduce legislation to outlaw it in this country.
§ Mr. Ede:In their examination of the problem of Fascists, the Government are considering every possible method of dealing with its manifestations, but conditions in occupied enemy territory are so different from conditions in this country that it should not be assumed that measures which are justified and practicable in that territory are necessarily either justified or practicable in this country.
