§ Mr. Ede:Yes, Sir. I understand that this is one of a number of cases in which similar complaints have been made to the Manchester police, and the police have had occasion to visit the premises of the company several times in connection with such complaints. The police have made careful investigation but while the business methods of this company are clearly unsatisfactory, I am informed that the evidence available up to the present time is not such as would enable criminal proceedings to be brought.
