Graham-Littleasked the Minister of Labour if he will inquire into the case, details of which have been submitted to him, of a graduate of London University with first-class honours in science, who is employed as a labourer in a coalmine, is included in no announced scheme of release but has been refused permission to transfer to a research post in industry with a view to releasing this man.
