Butlerasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that the scheme of the Dunmow Rural District Council for carrying a piped water supply to Willows Green, Felsted, is held up, if he will state the reasons for the delay; and whether he will afford the council assistance in this matter.
§ Mr. KeyAuthority to carry out this scheme was given to the Dunmow Rural District Council on 8th November, and I understand that tenders for the work will shortly be invited.
