§ Mr. IsaacsThere are approximately 100 occupational classes included in the1040W term "building operatives" to whom Class B block releases apply. The main occupational groups, however, are the following: carpenter, joiner, bricklayer, mason, plasterer, painter, slater, electrician, plumber, and building labourer. Building technicians are also covered by these arrangements.
