§ Mr. George HallThe number of scholarships awarded by the Nigerian Government varies from year to year. For 1945 the Nigerian Government has awarded 24 scholarships for University studies in the United Kingdom. I am not aware that the native authorities in Nigeria are debarred from offering scholarships tenable outside Nigeria.
