HC Deb 14 November 1945 vol 415 cc2269-70W
Wing-Commander Robinson

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Civil Aviation whether, before the publication of the proposed White Paper on Civil Aviation, he will have discussions with the Aerodrome Owners'Association who represent both municipal and private owners of aerodromes.

Mr. Ivor Thomas

My Noble Friend had a meeting with the Aerodrome Owners' Association before making his announcement of the Government's aerodrome policy and is already informed of the views of this body on matters affecting their interests. He will, I am sure, be ready to consider any fresh representations which they may wish to make.

Mr. Ivor Thomas

My Noble Friend is always prepared to consider representations from these bodies on matters affecting the interests of their members and to give them careful consideration.
