C, 143985, British Military Hospital, Shillong, Assam, India Command, has experienced difficulty in making his application for release under Class C; and whether instructions will be issued to the sub-formations in the area concerned that they should acquaint themselves with the latest regulations on the subject and afford full assistance to soldiers wishing to make such applications.
