§ Mr. A. HendersonOfficers of the Indian Army are released under the same scheme as officers of the British Service. This, as the hon. and gallant Member is aware, is based upon age-and-service groups and not upon length of service overseas. I regret therefore that it is not practicable to adopt the hon. and gallant Member's suggestion.
