§ Mr. Bowdenasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that mail from B.A.O.R. is taking 10–12 days in a number of cases to reach this country; and if he will have inquiries made with a view to speeding up this mail.
§ Mr. LawsonLetter mail is carried by air daily and should be delivered in this country within three or four days of posting. Parcel mail is carried by rail and sea and naturally takes longer. No general complaint has come to my notice, but I am willing to look into any specific case which my hon. Friend has in mind.
