§ Mr. PeakeThe Stationery Office, under my authority, has taken all possible steps, in conjunction with the Ministry of Labour and the Service Departments, to augment the man-power available for all vital official printing, including the OFFICIAL REPORT, but unfortunately there is a limit to the man-power available at this stage of the war. In the particularly difficult case of printing overnight for the service of this House the war-time limitations include accommodation and machinery as well as man-power.
