asked the Under-Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs whether His Majesty's Government was consulted by the Canadian Government before the conclusion, on 19th February, of the Civil Aviation Agreement between Canada and the U.S.A.

I assume that the hon. Member is referring to the exchange of Notes between Canada and the United States of 17th February. His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom were informed by His Majesty's Government in Canada of their intention to conclude an agreement on these lines.
