§ Colonel StanleyYes, Sir. The Committee's report has been published in Trinidad as a Legislative Council Paper. Copies should be available shortly at the Crown Agents for sale here. As regards the last part of the Question, I stated in reply to the hon. Member for Dewsbury (Mr. Riley) on 31st January that a copy of the report was being placed in the Library of the House. I am, however, also sending a copy to the hon. Member.
