§ Mr. SandysIt is estimated that the increases in the cost of labour and materials account respectively for approximately equal parts of the total increase. With regard to the rest of the Question, I would refer my hon. Friend to the detailed reply 1675W which I gave to the hon. Member for Bournemouth (Sir L.
