HC Deb 20 February 1945 vol 408 c638W
Mr. Lipson

asked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that there is a shortage of uniforms for Army cadets in the county of Gloucester, that recruits of four months' standing are still without uniforms; and, as this affects their keenness, will he take steps to remedy the deficiency.

Sir J. Grigg

There has been no general shortage of uniforms for cadets in Gloucestershire. For small cadets uniforms have to be specially provided. There has been some delay in getting them, but I understand that they are now there, and are being distributed.
