§ Mr. A. HendersonThe men who are repatriated naturally wish to disembark as soon as possible. The invitations to board the ship are, therefore, in general confined to those who have specific duties to perform in connection with the arrival of the men. I understand, however, that the Mayors referred to by my hon. Friend did in fact go on board.
