asked the Minister of War Transport whether he is prepared to revoke the Public Utility Undertakings Police (Employment and Offences) Order, 1941.

I have decided to revoke the Order with effect from the 1st January next that is, the date on which my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Home Affairs has decided to revoke the Police (Employment and Offences) Order, 1942, and about which he informed the House on 8th November.
