§ Mr. LawsonThe decision was taken on 21st September, 1945. There is no entitlement for special leave in the United Kingdom for troops transferred from one command to another. I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave on this point to a Question by the hon. and learned Member for the City of Chester (Mr. Nield) on 4th December. The question of compensation does not therefore arise.
