Mr. Willis

asked the First Lord of the Admiralty the number of temporary warrant officers in the gunner, gunner T, boatswain, engineering, supply, regulating and secretarial branches, respectively, who, on 31st October, 1945, or the latest available date, had three years, but less than four years' seniority in rank; the numbers of each recommended for accelerated promotion to temporary acting commissioned warrant rank; and the numbers actually promoted by that date under A.F.O. 3009/45.
