Mr. FraserI am aware of the anxiety of Scottish hill sheep farmers to know the Government's proposals for the future of their industry. So far as legislation is concerned, I can only refer the hon. and gallant Member to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Perth and Kinross (Mr. Snadden) on 16th October last.
