Mr. LarsonI have received a preliminary report from the Far East on this case. A summary of evidence has been submitted to the Deputy Judge Advocate General for advice, after some delay due to the illness of the Assistant Judge Advocate. General of the formation and to difficulty of communication. I understand that all investigations were conducted properly. A full report is being sent and I will consider the case fully as soon as it is received.
