§ Colonel Clarkeasked the Minister of Fuel and Power the percentage figures of voluntary absenteeism, face workers and all workers, from the beginning of 1945 until the latest date for which figures are available.
§ Mr. ShinwellThe voluntary absenteeism percentages for the first three quarters of 1945 were 7.4, 7.8 and 9.4 respectively for face workers and 6.3, 6.5 and 7.7 for all workers. The corresponding figures for October were 9.5 and 7.7 percent. respectively.
