It is necessary at present to prevent any avoidable additions to the already heavy tasks of the military administration, which include the prevention and control of disease. There is a serious shortage of hospital facilities and medical staff and, in their own interests as well as those of the community, persons who enter the territory are required to take reasonable measures against infection, by means of inoculation and vaccination.
