§ Mr. BellengerThe policy agreed between His Majesty's Government and the Governments of the U.S.S.R. and the U.S.A. concerning removals of industrial capital equipment is set out in the agreement on German Reparations issued after the Potsdam Conference. This provides that removals of industrial capital equipment shall begin as soon as possible and steps are being taken towards its implementation in the British zone, including deliveries to the United Kingdom.
