HC Deb 12 April 1945 vol 409 c2003W
Sir H. Morris-Jones

asked the Minister of Health how many cases of undulant fever have recently been notified in Ruthin, in the county of Denbigh; and what action his Department is taking, in conjunction with the Ministry of Agriculture, to deal with contagious abortion in cattle, which is the cause of the disease.

Mr. Willink

As undulant fever is not a notifiable disease particulars of its incidence are not available. The control of contagious abortion in cattle is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.
