Friend to the White Paper on Employment Policy (Cmd. 6527) in which it is pointed out that the existing economic controls will be maintained in the transition period to the extent necessary to ensure the success of primary reconstruc-954W tion projects such as the housing programme. I am not clear what my hon. Friend has in mind in the second part of the Question, but I would suggest that he should discuss the matter with my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Works.
