- Deaths classed to smallpox: Nil.
- Deaths classed to vaccination: Nil.
- Deaths classed to post-vaccinal encephalitis:
- Five (males aged 2 months, 6 months, 2 years and 17 years, female aged 5 months).
In addition there was one female death (aged 20 years) classed to post-vaccinal myelitis. For corresponding information relating to 1942, I would refer my hon. Friend to the answers given to my hon. Friend the Member for East Middlesbrough (Mr. A. Edwards) on 10th November last.
