§ Mr. Silkinasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware of the great irregularity of mail to and from men serving in the Central Mediterranean Forces; and whether he will take action to ensure a speeding up.
§ Sir J. GriggI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Ripon (Major York) on 7th December. The postal arrangements are under constant review and improvements have been made in the last months which have resulted in a speeding up of the service.
