§ Mr. Hyndasked the Minister of Labour whether in view of the amount of urgent Government constructional work that has been overtaken, it will now be possible to release a suitable proportion of local authority engineers, surveyors, draughtsmen and other technical workers, whose services were requisitioned for such Government purposes, in order to enable local authorities to proceed with necessary preparatory work under the Government's schemes for post-war planning.
