§ Sir A. DuncanThis Order imposes control by licence over the placing of orders for twist drills but leaves free from control firms with small requirements. The quota limits the number of drills which any firm may order without licence but does not limit the number for which orders can be placed under licence. Applications for licences will be dealt with according to the needs of each firm.
