§ Mr. Noel-BakerThe use of Service warrants in place of railway tickets by members of His Majesty's Armed Forces has worked well. In consultation with the Railway Executive Committee and the other Government Departments concerned, I am now actively considering whether it can be further extended. I will inform my hon. Friend when a decision has been made.
