§ Captain WaterhouseNo, Sir. The Retail Trade Committee has reported on certain aspects of the retail trade, and costs are the subject of constant reviews by the Central Price Regulation Committee. An inquiry of the kind proposed by my hon. Friend would not therefore be justified.
