asked the Minister of Health what further steps he has taken to arrange for the collection of house refuse and salvage in the area covered by the rural district council of Gloucester?

As my hon. Friend will be aware, the collection of house refuse is the responsibility of the local authority. I am informed fiat the key man whose loss was threatened will not be withdrawn until a substitute has been provided.
