Mr. Simmonds

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether he intends to issue any directions, licences or authorisations under the provisions of the Emergency Powers (Defence) Food (Frozen Eggs) Order (S.R. & O. No. 1314 of 1943) which will constitute an extension of the powers sought under the Order; and, if so, will the terms of such directions, licences or authorisations be published in the form of Statutory Rules and Orders?
