For the Government's policy on the supply of coal to ex-enemy countries, I would refer him to the statement which I made on the 4th August in reply to a Question by the Member for Leigh (Mr. Tinker) and to the statement made by my right hon. Friend the Deputy Prime Minister on 23rd September in reply to a Question by the hon. Member for Newport (Sir R. Clarry).
