HC Deb 30 November 1943 vol 395 c234W
Mr. Woodburn

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that the absence of uniform provision is hampering recruitment for the Scottish G.T.C.; and whether he can make any arrangements to help by providing coupons or arranging, in consultation with the departments concerned, for some uniform type of dress to be accepted as regulation dress?

Mr. Dalton

I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which I gave to similar Questions on this subject on 12th October, to which I regret that I have nothing to add.
