§ Sir J. GriggThere is no general scheme whereby officers go to India from the Middle East specifically to give lectures. Officers are transferred to India from time to time to meet the needs of the Army there, and their experience in battle is available and of value to the troops. The1456W answer to the last part of the Question depends in each case on the individual particulars of the officer concerned and on Service requirements.
