§ Sir E. Graham-Littleasked the Secretary of State for Air whether he will investigate the conditions at a W.A.A.F. camp, details of which have been submitted to him, at which the accommodation consists in part of condemned buildings with roofs leaking and damp dormitory huts, in consequence of which many of the occupants last winter suffered from rheumatism; where, for 340 girls, only one wash basin with hot and cold water is supplied; and where baths are a considerable distance away and out of bounds at certain times?
§ Sir A. SinclairThe reports which I have received do not suggest that the conditions at this station are generally as described in the Question or that the incidence of rheumatism amongst the W.A.A.F. personnel has been in any way unusual. I am, however, writing to my hon. Friend dealing in detail with the various points raised in the Question and in correspondence.
