§ Mr. LawBy arrangement between the United Nations, this is a United States strategic sphere, and the provision of transport aircraft for China is at present the immediate responsibility of the United States. I can assure the hon. Member that every effort is being made to organise and develop land routes to China, including the one to which the hon. Member refers.
