GriggBefore a chiropodist, or other medical auxiliary, is employed in his special trade in the Army it is necessary to ensure that he has attained a satisfactory standard of training and general proficiency. The chiropodists admitted by the Board of Registration of Medical Auxiliaries must comply with the Board's standards in these respects and it was decided that it would be convenient and in the interests of efficiency to employ as tradesmen chiropodists only those civil chiropodists who are registered with the Board.
