§ Mr. BevinThe inadequacy of the canteen facilities at this factory is due to a large expansion in the numbers employed. My Department has been in touch with the firm and with the Supply Department concerned; plans for the construction of additional canteen facilities are in preparation, and I hope it will be possible to proceed with the work at an early date.
