§ Sir W. WomersleyI would refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave to a somewhat similar Question by the hon. Member for Rugby (Mr. W. Brown) on 6th August, 1942. I may add that the cost of living figure is slightly lower to-day than when that answer was given.
