§ Mr. Noel-BakerThe distribution of food crops is a matter for my Noble Friend the Minister of Food and I understand that schemes such as my hon. 557W Friend suggests have been introduced in many rural areas with his approval. This Ministry co-operates in furnishing any necessary transport.
