§ Miss HorsbrughNo, Sir. The billeting notice does not require the provision of any facilities or services beyond board and lodging in return for the 21s. As a matter of arrangement, a small extra charge is often made to cover the additional facilities mentioned by my hon. Friend and any other extra services which it is agreed that the householder should provide.
