§ Mr. Noel-BakerI am unable to accept my hon. and gallant Friend's suggestion that there have been frequent strikes and stoppages on the omnibus services of the London Passenger Transport Board. During the last two years there have been three stoppages on these services; none of them lasted more than a day or two; and only four depots were involved.
