HC Deb 21 July 1943 vol 391 c902W
Mr. Thorne

asked the Secretary of State for War whether he can give any information in connection with the three soldiers who were killed and six injured on both July when a lorry ran into a military unit marching along the road near Bletchley, Buckinghamshire; and whether any action has been taken against the lorry driver?

Mr. A. Henderson

A military inquiry is being held into the circumstances of this deplorable accident. I understand that the lorry was a civilian lorry and if any action is taken against the driver it will be taken by the civil authorities.
