§ Sir J. GriggN.A.A.F.I. are doing their' best in the increasing difficulties of the present time. Retail shops, however, started rationing with the advantage of a reserve stock which has so far enabled them to supply a greater variety of sweets. N.A.A.F.I. were only allotted enough sweets for their needs and were unable to build up a reserve.
