HC Deb 11 February 1943 vol 386 cc1458-9W
Dr. Peters

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the Government will consider granting to all medically certified incurable civilian cripples a State pension, subject to reductions where they may be gainfully employed and secure for these persons benefits not less favourable than those proposed to be granted to insured people?

Sir K. Wood

I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which I gave on 10th December to my hon. Friend the member for Southend-on-Sea (Mr. Channon).
