§ Mr. Hewlettasked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware of the cases of attempted evasion of military service or other forms of compulsory National Service by persons alleging Dominion nationality and claiming that the laws of this country do not apply to them; and whether in cases of this nature the applicants will be shipped back to the countries to which they claim to belong?
