§ Mr. HicksThere are six supplies division depots in the London area; the number of men under the age of 40 employed at these depots is 89—of these 63 are skilled men of whom 36 are unfit for military service. All grades are working overtime. No application for general deferment or for the retention of the men has been made by the Ministry.
